I’m Marcus Feinhols, pronounced “fine-holes”, which was partly the inspiration behind naming the company ‘Fine Homes’. That and the fact that the properties I am privileged to deal with are best described thusly.
One of my ancestors fought in the Boer War but more recently, my grandfather, uncle, and cousin are all involved in the property industry. My earliest memories are of family discussions about property and it is this that has inspired my career.
Whether it was nature or nurture that led me here, I wouldn’t have chosen any other path.
Before opening my own company, I worked around Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire with corporate companies, lettings companies, and independent companies. All of which have given me a clear picture of what is being done well for clients and what can be improved upon.
My travels to America and the ‘realtor’ model of property have taught me that my instincts were correct.
My clients come first and my community a very close second.
This is why I am a school governor and 5% of every sale goes back into the local area.
